The tool can be used to monitor a specific journey or it can be left in the background, logging normal use. Changes in the states of the Bluetooth link, WiFi connections, Calls and Cellular service are recorded. When the logfile is uploaded to the NextGen servers, the logs are analysed to identify issues.The RSSI scanning tool can be used to give an indication about the level of the Bluetooth power that a device will receive from the head unit when it is placed in various positions around the inside of the vehicle.
